The leadership program has been an great source of inspiration. It helped me reflect on areas that needed improvement in personal/professional development as well as get back in touch with the mother nature. During the leadership adventure, couple of colleagues and I made a commitment to lead an outdoor activity (Camping) at minimum once every quarter. We have been able to achieve this goal and specially enjoyed visiting Gorak Hill with a group of 12 colleagues and this quarter we visited Rani Kot with a group of 20 colleagues. Thanks again for all of support during and after the program. I look forward to continue to put more groups together and sharing the fruit of nature "outdoor activity" to as many people as possible. I will end this note by saying "Be Aware - once you bite onto this fruit you will be hooked"!!!.
