Leadership Xpedition conducted for a leading auto manufacturer

 Training Impact conducted Leadership Xpedition – a four days wilderness based leadership development program for a leading auto manufacturer. The training program, which exposed nearly two dozen senior executives to different dimensions of leadership, consisted of custom-designed projects to make it possible for them to lead teams beyond their known potential and contribute to their maximum when assigned a role as a team member. Naseem Zafar Iqbal, CEO Training Impact was the Program Facilitator. The participants applauded the entire exercise, describing it as substantially helpful in improving “our decision making and crisis handling skills”
 
Shahid Malik joins Training Impact as Head of Media & Publications

Shahid Malik, who has been associated with BBC since 1984, hosting the early morning current affairs program 'Jahan Numa', serving as a Lahore-based Correspondent, working as a trainer and broadcast journalist, reporting on the region for local and overseas outlets, has joined Training Impact as Head of Media and Publications. Prior to this he has also served as a senior journalist at Pakistan Television, Samaa TV, Waqt News and Daily Business Recorder. He has also lectured at Government College University, Lahore, Gordon College, Rawalpindi, Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad and University of Central Punjab, Lahore.
At Training Impact, he adds value in the academic content by enriching the programs’ audio/visual components. He is also the editor of Impact Partner – the training and development journal.

 Abdul Samad Khan, Director Corporate Xpeditions at Training Impact is interviewed by world leading National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), USA for his contribution in creating the awareness about wilderness education for leadership development in Pakistan. Being a NOLS alumni and country representative for Pakistan, he has also conducted seminars in Karachi, Islamabad and Lower Himalayas to introduce NOLS programs to participants representing various segments of society.
