Naseem is the pioneer Pakistani trainer to have introduced the concept of leadership development through wilderness adventures in Pakistan. He has 26 years of experience, with both the corporate and academic worlds working in sales, marketing, HR, teaching and training. As founding CEO of Training Impact, Naseem has translated his corporate and academic exposure into an effective learning experience for the participants of his workshops.
Since 1985, Naseem has personally conceptualized, planned and executed river and mountains based adventure expeditions in Pakistan. During last 5 years, he has facilitated action learning programs for leading organizations like PTC, Indus Motors, Pepsi-Cola, Telenor, Nestle, GE, HBL, Teradata, Engro, ICI etc. In his outdoor leadership program, he takes the participants through an extensive leadership journey where they discover themselves as well as develop their future leadership agenda. His 7-dimensional leadership (7DL) model enables individuals in becoming more effective leaders for their organizations as well as for the society. He has trained senior managers from leading organizations through his Integrated Leadership Development and Coaching Model, based on statistical analysis.
