Leadership Quest is a 2 days action learning program for leadership development. The program is designed in a way that it pushes the participants to gain a rigorous personal insight into what makes them tick and then, with that understanding of themselves, to stretch the boundaries of what’s comfortable for them. The program also helps the participants to develop a broad theoretical leadership framework for themselves.
