Knowing each other, strengthening the belief in team work, and giving a powerful start to the new project were the objectives. An international project launched by leading Food Company This multinational wanted us to turbo-charge their team before the launch of a new challenging project. The 45 participants of the conference spent two days together on a hill station while developing their vision, strategies, morale boosters and energizers for the year ahead of them. The conference with a theme, “Foundation for future” has been declared as a success by the client since the Pakistan project team set new standards for the global network of the organization. Agro-Chemicals client energizes its sales team The annual sales conference was a regular feature for the business development division of the client. This time, we were engaged to invigorate the winning spirit in the sales cheetah’s while spending days in the deserts of Dubai. By the end of the year, the company achieved even more than 20% of what they had targeted in the conference. The leading Tobacco Company prepares HR, Finance and Trade Marketing for uncertain future For two consecutive years, the HR conference with a continuing theme of “Fit for our future” was conducted by Impact Team. The Pakistan chapter of the company was elevated as area leader of South Asian countries. The challenges like diversified cultures, uncertain structures, new markets and broader horizon were taken as opportunities during the simulated projects. Now we are a permanent partner of this client in change management initiative around the area.
Coming up with their last year experience, Finance department of this client approached us to save their conference from “death from power point”. The 65 participants of finance department were taken to a country club for a half day to set new dimensions for their conference as well as for the year to come. “It definitely added life to our conference”, declared the client.

Senior Managers of a global market leader in Chemicals cherish the exciting future Post-acquisition of a global chemicals corporation triggered many questions in the minds of its senior managers. With a desire to involve employees and their families in an interactive practicum, we were engaged to design an afternoon activity. Various collaborative and competitive team building games were designed for the entire group of participants followed by a mouth watering barbecue dinner.
Pharmaceutical client wanted the company’s vision to be transfused from top to bottom On the year of its Silver Jubilee, the client engaged Impact team to design a half day activity for a group comprising of more than 100 employees from the entire organization. The management wanted to involve their all tiers down to the worker level in visioning for a prosperous future of the business.
“Success through unchartered waters” was need of the day for an Engineering client A complex engineering based customized project was designed for a group size of 150 participants during their annual conference. This half day activity was a simulation of the company’s various business functions like project planning, sales & marketing, production, research, financial management, HR etc.
The emerging Telecom company believed in “Customer First” This group of 30 customer service managers was no novice to teambuilding programs so this day had to be very different to anything they had done before. Having just spent a few days strategizing and planning the customer servicing, this client wanted to get its delegates out of the headspace of theorizing and into testing the group’s commitment on the important issue of ‘Customer First’. A powerful thematic program was designed so that the theme remains on the top of their brain during their handling of customers at workplace.
Guerilla warfare for the marketing team from the Tobacco Company Impact team designed and conducted an extensive outdoor program for 165 marketers of the leading tobacco company in lower Himalayas. The two days business review meeting was followed by a one full day highly energizing and challenging paintball and obstacles based activity plan.
More than number crunching for the leading beverages company’s Finance Team Client desired an away day for its finance team in the mountains where they enhance their number skills while coping through various outdoor challenges. Paintball, golf, shooting, fun racing, balloon gala etc. was used as the medium to achieve the desired objective.
