Integrated Supervisory Skills

Integrated Supervisory Skills (ISS) is designed for Supervisors with technical background and having little or no formal management education. ISS will enable participants to refine and expand their thinking, and enhance their understanding and practice of fundamental management principles in the context of today's challenging environment.

Front Desk Transformation Through Mystery Shopping

This fast-paced Program is specifically designed to answer this and other important questions for those who work as an organization’s first-impression representative at the front desk.

This extensive intervention contains multiple customized workshops focused on enhancing and building managerial competencies and skill sets of all the levels of managers today. This program contains a number of management exercises such as team building, integrated leadership model, supervision skills, communication skills, time and stress management, interview conducting skills and conflict management.

Organizational Development

Organization Development (OD) is the process of improving organizations. The process is carefully planned and implemented to benefit the organization, its employees and its stakeholders. OD differs from traditional consulting because client involvement is encouraged throughout the entire process. Our ICON team partners with the Organizational Development team at client organization to design and implement the OD policies and procedures.

Change Management

Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with change, both from the perspective of an organization and on the individual level. Change management has at least three different aspects, including: adapting to change, controlling change, and effecting change. The more effectively you deal with change, the more likely you are to thrive. Adaptation might involve establishing a structured methodology for responding to changes in the business environment (such as a fluctuation in the economy, or a threat from a competitor) or establishing coping mechanisms for responding to changes in the workplace (such as new policies, or technologies). Training Impact’s ICON division offers its consulting services to the organizations in managing the change process at individual as well as corporate level.
