How do you ensure workplace application of training concepts? We customize our modules and activities according to the workplace challenges. For this, we spend good time with the client organization in understanding their environment, business model and the problems at individual and organizational levels. Based on this research, the customization of the program is done which helps the participants in finding out a natural relationship between the training activities with their own problems. Furthermore, our review sessions are designed around the desired organizational objectives. Our facilitators have first hand working experience in corporate sector, which enables them to empathize with the feelings and problems the participants are having. Over two decades of working and consulting experience brings us to a position where we could easily understand the workplace problems, design modules accordingly and translate learnings into applicable solutions.
Our team at Training Impact is pioneer in Pakistan to offer outdoor leadership and team building courses. Each of our programs is customized to incorporate the specific challenges identified by our clients. Our facilitation team consists of successful business executives who have lived and experienced the pressures of the dynamic corporate environment. And our team of adventurers includes the experienced most in the country. With the combination of these two major units, we design a seamless integrated program to provide the desired learning outcomes. We don’t hire the services of any tour operator or event manager, our in-house team is trained and groomed to do all this.
We combine the hard-hitting principles of leadership and team behaviors with action learning. It’s easy for a team to talk about the strategies of great leaders and teams, but until they are able to ‘try it out’ under the simulated pressures of time, it is often difficult to fully absorb and embrace the concepts discussed. The perfect analogy is learning to ride a bicycle. You can intellectually understand everything you are supposed to do to successfully ride a bike. But, until you get up on that seat and ‘feel’ what it takes to balance, you will not be able to successfully ride the bike. This is what our programs are all about – putting principles into action so that behavior shifts are experienced and lessons are ‘felt’ by the individual participants.

The group size varies from program to program. To find out a suitable program according to your group size, check the ALPs Program Chart.
We learn how to do the activities in difficult weather conditions. Generally we conduct programs with rain contingencies. Activities could also be moved indoors or could be continued outdoors with rain suits. The Action Learning Program design is always flexible and adjustable according to the circumstances. We don’t stop training due to bad weather conditions however, we modify the methodology and our plan.
It depends on the program. Our high end wilderness based programs like Leadership Impact and Team Impact require extensive preparation of the participants. In such case, a detailed check list of items is provided by Training Impact. In general, our Action Learning Programs are completely outfitted with equipment and even snacks and water.
Due to extensive customization in our high end wilderness based programs, we need to have a lead time of 4 – 6 weeks. During this period, we conduct exploratory meetings with HR, line managers, interview the participants and design customized modules accordingly. The other 1-day and 2-day programs could be booked on a two week notice time. Please understand that our schedule gets filled quickly and sometimes dates are simply not available. Therefore we always recommend to plan your Action Learning Program well advance in time (at least a month before the conduct). See Program Chart for further details.
Yes. We come to you. Most of our team building programs are portable. We travel to annual retreats, corporate headquarters, field offices, manufacturing plants, hotel conventions, sales meetings…you name it, we'll be there.
It depends on the type of program. The venue base of each program is mentioned in its link. Training Impact conducts Action Learning Programs any where in the country depending on the weather condition and the program requirements. On client’s request, the Action Learning Programs could also be conducted abroad.
For wilderness based programs, Training Impact manages all logistics, venue arrangements, traveling and meals while for other 1-2 days programs it varies. Some clients prefer to take care of all the details, others like to have us do it. We do whatever is more convenient for you.
Sometimes clients are looking for a morale booster for the team or a quick energizer in their conference. Hey, no problem. Those are easy to do and we have some exceptionally fun activities. We adapt to your needs. Give us a call and we can help you select the perfect activity. Your team will definitely have fun and talk about the experience for months.
Dress comfortably. T-shirt, Jeans and joggers are usually best for lawn based programs. For wilderness based programs, a complete clothing list is provided to each participant.
Our previous clients had a broad range of abilities and fitness levels. One of the reasons why we have such a broad range of activities is because of the varying fitness levels of the participants. Some of our activities require more physical exertion than others. All have been designed, however, to allow less physically active people to equally take part. And we have a number of great events that require a minimum of physical effort. It is important that you discuss the needs and abilities of your group in general, as well as any specific limitations of one or more of your group, so that we are able to suggest what would be the best fit for your group. For Leadership Impact, certain fitness measures are taken by our medical unit to ensure smooth conduct of the program.
What about Health and Safety issues? Your Health and Safety are of paramount importance to us at Training Impact. For all our activities, appropriate equipment and safety guidelines are provided. Our experienced team of Safety and Risk Management evaluates all training activities, venues and other possible risks. All of our equipment is regularly checked and maintained to the highest.
There is not a single answer of this. Customization is the main factor to decide the price of the program. Generally the pricing of Action Learning Programs is based on the number of participants. The other factors include learning objectives of client organization, number of days, venue, physical fitness level, desired month of training, number of staff required to deliver the program etc. Once these factors are known to us through exploratory meetings, the pricing could be quoted.
Impact Learning doesn’t offer any open enrollment Action Learning Programs. Generally these programs are customized to the needs of an organization therefore the program’s effectiveness could suffer in a public / open enrollment setting.
Yes, you can combine both. Our programs and activities are tailored to build a bridge from your overall meeting theme and/or objectives to the team building experience. From a couple of hours to multi-day team building programs, we will create an experience that augments the content of your meeting and provides meaningful alignment to current business challenges.
