The 3-days wilderness based program is intended for the participants who need exposure to theoretical and practical leadership skills. Exploring Leadership provides an opportunity to the participants becoming self aware of their inner capabilities. The leadership models are taken into practical perspective through specifically designed wilderness based projects. The camping and backpacking experience takes them through a journey of personal and team leadership. As an outcome, the participants develop a leadership road map for the workplace application. The program helps the various aspects of their personal and team leadership skills.
