Samad, as a keen observer of nature integrates lessons from it and applies in the business world. His capability to add value at Training Impact comes from his exposure of traveling, reflections of diversified cultures and working with different people. His areas of training are an extension of his passion and rational beliefs about adventures as a change agent for individuals and organizations.

Samad is a certified Outdoor Educator from the world’s leading National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), USA. He is specifically trained in the skills of Wilderness First Responder and Leave No Trace. Being a passionate adventurer, he believes in wilderness as the basic institute to teach him various lessons of leadership & teamwork.

As Head of Action Learning Programs, he plays a key role in integrating various elements of the program to achieve optimal learning environment for the participants. He leads the Action Learning team in planning, designing, delivering the expected results by clients.

He is first to represent Pakistan at National Outdoor Leadership School and Association of Experiential Education, USA.
