Having diverse and rich academic training in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance and Accounting from U.K., Amer has been involved in various capacities with several national and multinational corporations in different parts of the world. His last formal employment before setting up his own consulting practice in 1997 was with Nestlé Pakistan as the Country Head of HR.
