Having 40 years experience in high altitude mountaineering, Saad has trained a number of trainers in Rock climbing, Snow crafting and ice climbing. One of the senior most mountaineers in Pakistan, he is the honorary Secretary of Alpine Club of Pakistan. He is also the Executive Member of Adventure Foundation Pakistan. He has conquered 23,000 feet high Passu Peak. In Action Learning Programs of Training Impact, he leads the technical and safety team.

Azam is a seasoned adventurer with an experience of 27 years in planning and executing adventure expeditions. He has been consulting to various river expeditions conducted by US team, Pakistan Navy and Adventure Foundation of Pakistan. A retired Colonel from Pakistan Army and a Software Engineer by profession, Azam continuously evaluates various risk factors involved and prepares contingencies to minimize the risks during both the planning as well as execution phase.

Jamshaid leads the Research team at Training Impact that designs and develops various theoretical models on team building and leadership. He brings his analytical aptitude from his exposure to the English Literature. He is the brain behind the action learning games and activities. Jamshaid is specialized in analyzing and processing the pre and post training data for having the desired and sustainable impact of learning for the participants.

Dr Hidayat is a graduate from Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad. He is serving as House Surgeon at Ayub Medical Complex. He has volunteered as Medical Officer at Medical camps and Field Hospitals during Earth Quake and IDP’s relief work. He ensures first aid and emergency medical support during ALPs outdoor programs.

In addition to this, the team includes a team of trekkers, logistics support, food and kitchen support, porters and mules unit.
